So, I am a huge Gooseberry Patch fan. HUGE. I have over a dozen of their amazingly adorable and scrumptious cookbooks, lots of sweet cute little things from their country store and catalogs (which they don't have anymore, but I sure took advantage when they did!), and love their blog, facebook and twitter.
When they contacted me last week and asked if I would be interested in being their featured blog this week, I squealed with delight! I could not beLIEVE they wanted to feature me, but they do!! Wow! So please click over and check out the article! I share my grandmas' recipe for Sandbakkels (a traditional Norwegian Christmas cookie) - yum yum!
Friends, thanks. I am so very thankful for this community... to think that people take time to read about my life is so humbling and wondrous. Thank you. Big smooches to you all!!
